Online Yoga Classes for Businesses

If you've had to change the workspace environment to a 'working from home' set up, this virtual yoga class is ideal to boost team morale, which is proven to have a direct effect on productivity, bringing people back together in a fun and healthy way.  The sessions can be tailored to suit and perhaps a 30 minute collective yoga class could be slotted-in first thing in the morning or during elevenses; lunchtimes or afternoon tea breaks.  The classes are recorded, and links to the video are emailed within 24  hours, for you to share with any colleagues unable to make the live session. Anyone can do yoga, you don't have to be flexible, you just need to be prepared to show up and give it a try.  All you need is to click on the Zoom invitation, ensure you have a small space where you can lie down on a mat or towel, wear comfy clothes (which is standard attire when working from home) and all systems are go! It's a great way to re-unite with work colleagues in an non-stressful environment, and helps contribute to a sense of belonging whilst also being a stress-reducing activity. Take 30 minutes of 'time-out' together, and have a team who are revitalised and positively motivated.  Please email nicolalwright@hotmail.com or call 07791 401609 for more information.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

What is Yoga?
Yoga is an old discipline from India. The word Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root yui, meaning to control, to yoke or to unite.  It is both spiritual and physical, connecting the mind, body and soul.  Yoga uses breathing techniques, meditation and asanas (postures).  Many branches of yoga include Raja, Karma, Jnana, Bhakti and Hatha yoga.  Vinyasa flow stems from Hatha yoga which is designed to align and calm the mind, body and spirit.   Vinyasa is characterised by linking postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly using the breath, and therefore combining movement, poses, breathing and relaxation.

I've completed a 200 hour Yoga foundation with Be Yoga Sussex, 14 hours of Restorative Yoga with ucanyoga and 14 hours of Yin Yoga with Nina Goldberger and it is my intention to provide yoga which is suitable for everybody, with or without any yoga experience, and I offer each class, as a feel good, fun and relaxing activity.  Yoga is beneficial for everyone and helps us to reconnect to our true inner selves, gain a sense of peace, calm and wellbeing, and contributes towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
