On-Site Massage / Yoga & how it works
Integrating stress reducing treatments and yoga classes at work. A room is selected on-site and set up to create a relaxing space. Employees book and pay direct to myself for treatments/classes and some use their allocated time for lunch, so as not to disrupt their work schedules. After the massage, recipients return to their desk feeling revitalised, energised & ready for the rest of the day, and after a well-being yoga class, you leave feeling calm, balanced and stress-free. |
