Integrating stress reducing treatments and yoga classes
at work to promote community and productivity. A medium sized room is required for the treatment couch and/or yoga mats. There is a booking system in place for convenience to select an appointment time and to make payments. After the massage treatment and/or yoga session, recipients feel calm, balanced and stress-free, returning to work energised and ready for the rest of the day.
