Timetable
Mondays and Fridays are available for Home Visits and ad-hoc bookings.
Tuesdays and Thursdays you will find me at the Tree of Life Centre in Hove, Portland Road, BN3 5QJ offering massages between 2.15pm and 8.15pm.
Wednesdays I'm at the Sussex Innovation Centre every week providing massage treatments and yoga classes to promote wellbeing in the workplace.
