COVID-19 has turned our lives upside down across the world and we are having to learn how to adapt our daily lives transitioning from social human beings into self isolation.
This transition however, has, on a positive note, created a surge of human kindness fusing our previously fragmented community back together. We are witnessing key workers providing support in many different areas such as caring for the most vulnerable, ensuring food is easily accessible and offering online support wherever possible from home schooling to fitness Zoom streams.
A huge thank you to all those working within the NHS providing an outstanding example of love and kindness, putting their lives at risks to help others.
I will be offering an online live YOGA class every Monday at 7pm and every Friday at 12.30pm. The contribution is £4 per session (free of charge for NHS workers).
A link will be sent out to all those interested in taking part in the gentle Vinyasa Flow class which will include meditation, breath work, a gentle warm up, flowing yoga, core work, a cool down and a delightful Savasana (complete stillness).
I really look forward to seeing you all on screen to share a calm hour of complete meditative relaxation, to help us all through such uncertain and challenging times. Please text 07791 401609 or email email@example.com to access the link.
Stay safe and much love,
Please note all massage treatments are unavailable until further notice.

I am a fully qualified massage therapist and have attended many advanced massage courses to enhance my understanding of the body this is both my passion and my hobby. I am also qualified in British Sign Language (BSL) Level 2 and welcome the opportunity to use this skill, as I continue to enjoy communicating in this field.
My aim is to offer a totally unique treatment tailored to the client's needs to help support the body's healing capabilities. I specialise in remedial Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release treatments to alleviate common complaints such as neck, back & shoulder pain and sport related injuries. I also offer relaxing and stress reducing treatments.
The comfort, warmth and reassurance of touch can enhance homeostasis by stimulating the body's own natural healing abilities, restoring both - the physical and psychological self. Regular massage strengthens and tones the entire body system. It can stimulate or alternatively calm the nervous system, help to ease tension, stiffness and pain, leaving the recipient relaxed and revitalised.
I have recently qualified as a Yoga teacher having completed a 200 hour Yoga foundation course and together with my experience as a trainee Tai Chi teacher, will assist with exploring body awareness and maintaining good health, vitality and well-being. The teachings have also taught me the importance of continuing to combine the mind and body and how to ‘heal’ which is why I like to bring this knowledge into both my massage and yoga practice.
