In the meantime, I am providing advice on simple self massage techniques and gentle stretches, so please get in touch if you need any advice on pain relief or general self care. Online Yoga Classes are still running every Monday & Wednesday at 6pm and Friday 12.30pm and everyone is welcome.
In the future, when trading again, we will continue to adhere to the Government Guidelines and ensure we are Covid-secure, by completing the two Covid Screening and Declaration forms below before the treatment. If it's your first treatment with me, the Consultation Form below will also need to be filled out.

To help maintain a level of balance during these challenges times, please join me on my online live yoga classes available Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Virtual Yoga classes in the workplace are also available and are an ideal team building activity. Yoga calms the nervous system reduces stress and creates relaxation. It also provides a sense of community and it is reassuring to see familiar smiley faces on a weekly basis. The gentle Vinyasa Flow class offered, includes breath work, a gentle warm up, flowing yoga, core work and a cool down, ending with a restful Savasana.
