I'm delighted to be able to offer treatments again and although the massage procedure has changed to ensure COVID-19 guidelines are met, for example I'll be wearing full PPE throughout, it shouldn't get in the way. I do ask you to please wear a mask on arrival.

To help maintain a level of balance during these challenges times, I am still providing online live yoga classes every Monday at 6pm and every Friday at 1.30pm. Yoga calms the nervous system reduces stress and creates relaxation. It also provides a sense of community and it is reassuring to see familiar smiley faces on a weekly basis.
The gentle Vinyasa Flow class offered includes breath work, a gentle warm up, flowing yoga, core work and a cool down, ending with a restful Savasana.
