COVID-19 has turned our lives upside down across the world and we are having to learn how to adapt our daily lives transitioning from social human beings into self isolation.
This transition however, has, on a positive note, created a surge of human kindness fusing our previously fragmented community back together. We are witnessing key workers providing support in many different areas such as caring for the most vulnerable, ensuring food is easily accessible and offering online support wherever possible from home schooling to fitness Zoom streams.
A huge thank you to all those working within the NHS and all key workers providing an outstanding example of love and kindness, putting their lives at risks to help others.
I am offering an online live yoga class every Monday at 6pm and every Friday at 12.30pm. The contribution is £4 per session (free of charge for NHS workers).
A link will be sent out to all those interested in taking part in the gentle Vinyasa Flow class which will include meditation, breath work, a gentle warm up, flowing yoga, core work, a cool down and a delightful Savasana (complete stillness).
I really look forward to seeing you all on screen to share a calm hour 'out of the madness', to help us all through such uncertain and challenging times. Please text 07791 401609 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to access the link.
Stay safe and much love,
