I've worked at SINC for 6 years offering massage treatments as part of their well being programme run by Daisy Wood and am delighted to also introduce yoga classes every Thursday evening, after a hard working day. Tree of Life CentreI've been lucky enough to offer massage treatments at the Tree of Life Centre for 4 years and have a clinic day every Tuesday between 2pm and 9pm.
The Centre has beautiful treatment rooms, friendly and caring staff and a mesmerizing Japanese garden, where you can sit before and after your treatment. Sussex Yacht ClubIf you fancy an hour of yoga, I am offering a Vinyasa Flow class for all levels at the Sussex Yacht Club in Shoreham every Monday at 7pm.
