Balinese Massage

What is Balinese Massage? 
​Balinese massage is a Bioenergetic treatment. Using the meridians, which are energy pathways that connect different parts of the body, influencing everything from physical health to emotional well-being. Meridians are the channels of life energy, and understanding their flow is key to achieving harmony and health.  ​Working with the meridians restores balance between the mind, body and soul.

Balinese massage is deep rooted in the Balinese philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, which aims to harmonise spirituality, social relationships and the natural world. Tri means "three", Hita means "happiness" or "prosperity" and Karana means "cause" or "way".

It's a full body holistic, deep-tissue massage over 60 or 90 minutes and includes effleurage, petrissage, acupressure, gentle stretching and tapotement, creating a relaxing flowing sequence. The rhythmically dancing and fluid strokes will have you feeling fully restored, deeply relaxed and totally at peace.
